Last week, we conducted our first ever Giving Tuesday campaign— ‘From the Ground Up’— to raise $20,000 for on the ground conservation and to give back to our community through donating to local food banks.

At our November MRAC meeting, we learned about how agricultural and working lands can serve as a native habitat haven that both strengthens pollinator populations and overall health.

It is a common misconception that monarchs use milkweeds across their habitats year-round. In fact, planting milkweed at historic overwintering sites can negatively impact monarchs.
